Given Gaula är den nuvarande biskopen av Kondoa .

Gaula är utbildad vid Virginia Theological Seminary och har en doktorsexamen i teologi från University of Auckland . Titeln på hans doktorsavhandling från 2012 var The Gospel of Luke as a model for mission in a African context: With special reference to the challenges of mission in the Anglican Church of Tanzania . Hans fru Lilian är också en anglikansk präst.
