Mediodactylus spinicauda , även känd som Kopet Dagh böjd-toed gecko eller spiny-tailed tunn-toed gecko , är en art av ödla i familjen Gekkonidae . Det är endemiskt till nordöstra Iran och södra Turkmenistan .
