Historia
Högskolan grundades 2005 som College at Southwestern av Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary .
Den 12 april 2017 döptes kollegiet officiellt om till The LR Scarborough College vid Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary för att hedra Lee Rutland Scarborough som fungerade som den andra seminariets president för Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary .
I juni 2021 döptes kollegiet om från Scarborough College till Texas Baptist College.
Dr. Adam Greenway fungerar som den nionde presidenten för Southwestern Seminary och Texas Baptist College. Dr. Todd bates är nuvarande dekanus vid Texas Baptist College, och Dr. Micah D. Carter är biträdande dekanus.
