Rhynchogadus hepaticus är en art av morid torsk endast känd från Medelhavet där den förekommer i Neapelbukten och nära Messina . Denna fisk finns på djup från 400 till 700 m (1 300 till 2 300 fot). Denna art växer till 10 cm (3,9 tum) i standardlängd .
