Pothos är ett släkte av blomväxter i familjen Araceae (stammen Potheae). Den är infödd i Kina , den indiska subkontinenten , Australien , Nya Guinea , Sydostasien och olika öar i Stilla havet och Indiska oceanen .
Den vanliga krukväxten Epipremnum aureum , även känd som "pothos", klassificerades en gång under släktet Pothos .
