Guy Clark inkluderade en referens till Watson och hans framträdande av "Columbus Stockade Blues" i texten i sin låt "Dublin Blues": "I have sett the David, sett Mona Lisa too, and I have heard Doc Watson play Columbus Stockade Blues ."
Sugar Hill återutgav Memories på CD 1993. Den har också återutgivits av Gott Discs.
