Southern Newspapers Inc. ( SNI ) är ett förlagsholdingbolag med huvudkontor i Houston , Texas . Företaget grundades som Southern Newspapers, Inc. i Tennessee 1967 av Carmage Walls . Dess flaggskeppstidning, Galveston County Daily News, är den äldsta tidningen i Texas, grundad 1842.
