Notobothrus är ett släkte av flugor i familjen Dolichopodidae . Den innehåller bara en art, Notobothrus longilamellatus , som är känd från låglandet Amazonas Peru och nordvästra Brazilian Acre State . Den placerades tidigare i underfamiljen Neurigoninae , men flyttades till Peloropeodinae av Naglis 2002. 2020 uteslöts släktet från Peloropeodinae och lämnade provisoriskt incertae sedis inom Dolichopodidae.
