Historia

Gotham Games lanserades som ett förlagsbolag och dotterbolag till Take-Two Interactive den 22 juli 2002, med Take-Two Interactives vicepresident för publicering och affärsutveckling, Jamie Leece, befordrad till Gotham Games president . Vid den tiden var Gotham Games det tredje märket för Take-Two Interactive, efter Rockstar Games och Gathering of Developers , på grund av vilket Take-Two Interactive upphörde att publicera under deras självnämnda etikett, med hänvisning till en "global varumärkesstrategi".

Electronic Entertainment Expo i maj 2003 meddelade Gotham Games att de letade efter nya videospelsutvecklare som var villiga att få deras spel publicerat av dem. Den 18 december 2003 meddelade Take-Two Interactives verkställande direktör , Jeffrey Lapin, att Gotham Games hade upplösts som en del av en "större intern omorganisation".
