Chibchan vattenmus ( Chibchanomys trichotis ) är en art av gnagare i familjen Cricetidae . Den finns i Andinska högländerna i Colombia , Peru och Venezuela . Dess naturliga livsmiljöer är tropiska molnskogar och vattendrag på höjder från 2500 till 2700 m. Den livnär sig på sniglar och möjligen småfiskar.
