Shameboy är enmansprojektet av Luuk Cox (född 3 augusti 1972 i Kerkrade, Limburg), en belgisk, holländsk född multiinstrumentalistisk musikproducent, musiker och låtskrivare. Hans författarskap och produktion inkluderar Stromae , Loic Nottet , Racoon , Emma Bale , Arsenal , Cattle & Cane, Innerspace Orchestra, Girls in Hawaii , Molly, Maaike Ouboter, Eva De Roovere, Tim Vanhamel , Mickey, Roscoe, Ostyn, Team William , Marco Z och Compact Disk Dummies bland många andra. Luuk Cox remixade låtar för artister som WILL.I.AM , Nicki Minaj och Booka Shade .

Efter att ha flyttat till Belgien blev Luuk Cox trummis för Buscemi , en DJ-producent och liveuppträdande av elektronisk dansmusik med influenser från Latino, House, Jazz, Afrobeat, Brazilian och Drum and Bass. 2004 skapade Luuk Cox och den belgiske DJ:n Jimmy Dewit Shameboy, ett eklektiskt elektronisk musikprojekt inspirerat av Kraftwerk och Chemical Brothers . Som duo spelade de in 3 album. 2010 lämnade Dewit Shameboy och ersattes under liveshower av Dominik Friede. Shameboy är för närvarande tecknad med Sony Music Entertainment .
