Polk County Courthouse är ett historiskt domstolshus i Columbus , Polk County, North Carolina . Den byggdes 1859 och är en tegelbyggnad i två våningar, "T"-formad, i grekisk väckelsestil . Den främre fasaden har en inkopplad, tre-facklig portik med en enkel fronton som stöds av fyra fyrkantiga pelare. Ovanpå taket finns en kupol i tre steg .
Det lades till i National Register of Historic Places 1974.
