Historia
John Scott Horner var guvernör i Michiganterritoriet innan han blev sekreterare för Wisconsinterritoriet . Han skulle hjälpa till att etablera Ripon, tillsammans med Ripon College . Huset noterades i det nationella registret över historiska platser 1984 och i det statliga registret över historiska platser 1989.
