Beskrivning och historia
Det byggdes 1890 och är ett stort 2 + 1 ⁄ 2 -våningshus i Queen Anne -stil. Den har ett storskaligt palladisk fönster på den västra gaveln. Huset ritades av Elmira-arkitekten Otis Dockstader och hans medarbetare Joseph H. Considine.
Den listades i National Register of Historic Places den 22 februari 2010. Den ligger i Maple Avenue Historic District .
