Jeffrey Luck Lucas (född Donald Jeffrey Lucas , 23 september 1962 i Gary, Indiana ) är en amerikansk musiker. En singer-songwriter, kompositör och arrangör, han är också en före detta och grundande medlem av det framstående 1980-talets garageband The Morlocks , samt en formellt utbildad kompositör och cellist.
