Horace Clive Miller OBE (30 april 1893 – 1980) var en banbrytande australisk flygare och medgrundare av MacRobertson Miller Airlines (MMA).

Han flög i Western Australian Centenary Air Race 1929 och vann handikapputmärkelser.

Huvudvägen till Perth International Airport Terminal 1 heter Horrie Miller Drive för att hedra flygaren.
