Angelbert Metoyer (född i juli 1977 i Houston , Texas ) (AN-gel-bər MUH-twy-ər) är en amerikansk bildkonstnär i afrofuturismens framkant . Metoyer började sin konstnärliga karriär genom Rick Lowes Project Row Houses i Houston , Texas och höll sin första separatutställning där 1994. Han flyttade därefter till Atlanta för att studera teckning och målning vid Atlanta College of Art . Även om Metoyer är lite av en nomad efter att ha bott i olika delar av världen, bor Metoyer för närvarande i Houston och Rotterdam .
