2 till + 1 ⁄ 2 -våningshuset ritades i Queen Anne -stil och byggdes för Albert och Alice Bellack 1897. Från 1920 1923 genomgick huset omfattande renoveringar som utökade sin storlek och introducerade Mission- arkitekturstilen till det.
