Tim Lebbon (född 28 juli 1969, London) är en brittisk skräck- och mörk fantasyförfattare .

Liv

Lebbon föddes i London. Han bodde i Devon tills han var åtta och sedan i Newport till 26 års ålder. Han bor nu i Goytre, Monmouthshire med sin fru och två barn.

Karriär

Lebbons novell ″Reconstructing Amy″ vann Bram Stoker Award for Short Fiction 2001, hans roman Dusk vann 2007 August Derleth Award från British Fantasy Society för årets bästa roman. Hans romanisering av filmen 30 Days of Night blev en New York Times bestseller och vann ett Scribe Award 2008.

Filmen Pay the Ghost (2015) i regi av Uli Edel och med Nicolas Cage i huvudrollen är baserad på Lebbons novell med samma namn. The Silence gjordes till en film av John R. Leonetti och släpptes den 10 april 2019 på Netflix . Lebbon gjorde också en cameo som lik i filmen.

Hans Firefly -roman Generations (fjärde i serien) vann Dragon Award 2021 för bästa mediebindningsroman.
