Tetsuya Mizumoto

Tetsuya Mizumoto är ingenjör från Tokyo Institute of Technology, Japan. Han utsågs till Fellow vid Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers ( IEEE) 2012 för sina bidrag till vågledaroptiska icke-ömsesidiga enheter för optisk kommunikation .
