Ted Nicolaou är en amerikansk filmregissör, ​​manusförfattare och producent.

Efter examen från University of Texas filmprogram, gick han med i besättningen på The Texas Chain Saw Massacre (1974) som ljudinspelningsspelare . Senare gick han med i Charles Bands Empire Pictures , där han arbetade som redigerare på filmer som Ghoulies (1985) och så småningom debuterade som regissör med The Dungeonmaster (1985) och TerrorVision (1986).
