Southwest Arm är ett inlopp av Random Sound, Trinity Bay , i Newfoundland och Labrador .
Southwest Arm gränsas av ett antal små samhällen som kallas utportar . På norra sidan av armen finns Ivany's Cove , Hillview , Hatchet Cove och St. Jones Within . På den södra stranden ligger Northwest Brook , Queen's Cove , Long Beach , Hodge's Cove , Caplin Cove, Little Heart's Ease , Gooseberry Cove , Southport och Butter Cove.
