Sarah R. Palmer

Sarah R. Palmer (född 1943) är emerita professor i sjöfartshistoria vid University of Greenwich . Palmer är specialist på kommersiell sjöfart, hamnutveckling och internationell sjöfartspolitik från 1800-talet och framåt.
