Richard Thompson , DD (f Wakefield 11 mars 1648; d Bristol 29 november 1685) var dekanus i Bristol från 1684 till sin död.

Thompson föddes i Wakefield och utbildade sig vid Magdalene College, Cambridge . Han bodde i Duston , Bedminster och Redcliffe .

Han dog i maj 1617.
