är -säsongen 1999–2000 den sjunde säsongen av Ontario Provincial Junior A Hockey League (OPJHL). De trettiofem lagen i divisionerna North, South, East och West tävlade i ett 49-spelsschema.

I februari tävlade de åtta bästa lagen i varje division om Frank L. Buckland Trophy, OPJHL-mästerskapet. Vinnaren av Buckland Cup, Brampton Capitals , misslyckades med att vinna Dudley Hewitt Cup som Central Canadian Champions.

• Auburn Jr. Crunch byter namn till Syracuse Jr. Crunch .
• Shelburne Wolves lämnar OPJHL.
• Caledon kanadensare lämnar OPJHL.
