North Carolina State League var en "klass D" liga i Minor League Baseball . Den ursprungliga versionen av ligan fanns från 1913–1917 som efterträdare till Carolina Association . Den andra versionen av ligan etablerades 1937 delvis för att konkurrera med Piedmont -regionen oberoende ligan, Carolina League , och körde till och med 1953 när den kombinerades med Western Carolina League för att bilda Tar Heel League .
