Nicholas Roe

Nicholas Hugh Roe , FBA , FRSE (född 14 december 1955) är en forskare i engelsk litteratur och en akademiker, specialiserad på romantisk litteratur och kultur. Sedan 1996 har han varit professor i engelsk litteratur vid University of St Andrews . Efter att ha avslutat sin grundutbildning och doktorsexamen vid Trinity College, Oxford , började Roe med St Andrews som lärare i engelska 1985; han befordrades till läsare 1993.

Högsta betyg

2009 valdes Roe till Fellow i Royal Society of Edinburgh (FRSE). I juli 2017 valdes han till Fellow vid British Academy (FBA), Storbritanniens nationella akademi för humaniora och samhällsvetenskap.
