Neil Jones (akademiker)

Neil Gareth Jones är läsare vid University of Cambridge , nuvarande chef för studier i juridik vid Magdalene College och litterär chef för The Selden Society . Han handleder studenter i rättshistoria och i jordrätt .

Dr Jones driver kursen i juridisk historia vid universitetet. Han var också akademisk sekreterare vid den juridiska fakulteten från 2001 till 2003. Dr Jones har också varit sekreterare för Cambridge Law Journal och biträdande litterär chef för Selden Society , från vilken han vann ett pris för sitt framstående verk The Use upon a Use in Equity Revisited .

Han vann kanslersmedaljen 1996 för den engelska lagdelen av sin LLM. Han tilldelades också ett Yorke-pris för sin doktorsavhandling om trusternas historia mellan 1536 och 1660.
