Michael "Mike" H. Hooper (7 februari 1850 – 1 december 1917) var en amerikansk professionell basebollspelare som spelade tre matcher för Baltimore Marylands under basebollsäsongen 1873 , hans enda speltid på major league- nivå. Tidigare var han utespelare för Maryland-klubben åtminstone 1868 till 1870, då han ledde laget i antal poäng alla tre säsongerna. Maryland var en av pionjärproffsklubbarna när National Association först tillät professionella medlemmar 1869.
Hooper föddes i Baltimore , Maryland och dog där vid 67 års ålder.
