Lesotho Baseball and Softball Association är ett organ som ansvarar för utveckling och organisation av baseball- och softballsportaktiviteter i Lesotho . Föreningen representerar även Lesotho på baseboll och softball internationellt. LBSA bildades genom en stiftelseurkund registrerad i bolagsregistret på Law Office, LBSA grundades 1996 med en verkställande kommitté på sju medlemmar. Befattningshavaren har en mandatperiod på 4 år och väljs av LBSA:s medlemsklubbar.
