Leopold Football Netball Club , med smeknamnet Lions , är en australisk fotbolls- och nätbollsklubb med säte i Leopold , Victoria . Klubblagen tävlar för närvarande i den regionala Geelong Football Netball League . De spelar sina hemmamatcher på Leopold Memorial Park.
Historia
spelade ett lag från Leopold i lokala tävlingar från 1897 till 1922.
1923 upplöstes de.
1955 reformerade de och gick in i Geelong & District Football League, Jarman Cup-divisionen. 1963 förlorade de den stora finalen, båda stora finalisterna befordrades till Woolworths Cup. 1964 gjorde de Woolworth Cup Grand Final men förlorade med en poäng.
1965 överfördes till Polwarth Football League. Medan i denna liga gjordes drag för en Bellarine Peninsula- baserad fotbollstävling. 1971 var de en av de grundande klubbarna i Bellarine Football League . Slutligen 1992 släpptes Leopold in i Geelong Football League , där har varit kvar fram till idag.
