Jason McCartney (född 3 september 1973 i Honolulu ) är en amerikansk före detta professionell roadracingcyklist, som cyklade professionellt mellan 1999 och 2013 för sju olika lag. Hans i Tour de Georgia 2004 ledde till att han utsågs till "årets nordamerikanska ryttare" av VeloNews Magazine. Han representerade USA:s olympiska lag i roadracingtävlingen 2004 och 2008. Jason har också tagit examen från National Outdoor Leadership School. Han bor i Coralville, Iowa .
