Hohenlohe-Waldenburg-Schillingsfürst var ett län i nordöstra Baden-Württemberg, Tyskland. Namnet Hohenlohe kommer från slottet Hohenloch nära Uffenheim i Mittelfranken , som kom i besittning av ättlingarna till Conrad av Weikersheim 1178.

Historia

Waldenburg-Schillingsfürst delades upp från de marker som innehas av ättlingarna till Kraft von Hohenlohe, som gjordes till kejserlig greve 1450. Hohenlohe-områdena delades mellan bröderna greve Ludwig Kasimir (1517-1568) (av den högre Neuenstein-linjen, stamfader). av grenarna Hohenlohe-Langenburg och Hohenlohe-Oehringen ) och greve Eberhard (1535-1570), grundare av de olika grenarna Hohenlohe -Waldenburg.

Schillingsfürst-linjen härstammar från greve Ludwig Gustav (1634-1697), vars ättling Philip Ernest fick uppförandet av sina förläningar till ett furstendöme inom det heliga romerska riket , som åtnjöt imperialistisk omedelbarhet , 1744. Grevskapet Waldenburg lades till furstendömet. 1757. Det förmedlades till kungariket Württemberg 1806.

Husets medlemmar bär stilen "Prins/Prinsessan av Hohenlohe-Waldenburg-Schillingsfürst" eller "Prins/Prinsessan von Ratibor und Corvey, Prins/Prinsessan av Hohenlohe-Schillingsfürst" eller "Prins/Prinsessan av Hohenlohe-Schillingsfürst, von Ratiborst und Corvey" eller "Prince/Princess von Ratibor und Corvey" eller "Prince/Princess of Hohenlohe-Waldenburg-Schillingsfürst, von Ratibor und Corvey", beroende på vilken av de fyra underlinjerna i Waldenburg-Schillingsfürst-grenen de tillhör.
