Hawthorne Phillips

Thomas Hawthorne Phillips (30 december 1914 – 23 oktober 1975) var domare vid högsta domstolen i Texas från 4 oktober 1972 till 31 december 1972.

Född i Marlin, Texas , fick Phillips sin juridikexamen från Baylor Law School 1937, och fick tillträde till advokatsamfundet samma år.
