Orville Gene Maddox (23 augusti 1938 – 2 juni 2015) var en amerikansk politiker och advokat.

Född i Chillicothe, Illinois , tog Maddox examen från Chillicothe High School 1956. Han tog sedan sin kandidatexamen från Northwestern University 1960 och sin juristexamen från Northwestern University School of Law 1962. Maddox flyttade sedan till Des Moines, Iowa för att praktisera juridik . År 1975 tjänade Maddox i Clive, Iowa City Council och tjänade sedan som borgmästare i Clive, Iowa, från 1977 till 1992. Maddox var en republikan . Från 1993 till 2003 tjänstgjorde Maddox i Iowas senat och tjänstgjorde sedan i Iowas representanthus från 2003 till 2007. Maddox dog i Des Moines, Iowa .
