Evan Oliphant (född 8 januari 1982) är en skotsk cykelförare från Wick, Caithness , som för närvarande cyklar för det brittiska amatörlaget Spartans Velo Club.
Han tävlade i vägloppet under 23 vid UCI Road World Championships 2004 i Verona , Italien . Oliphant representerade Skottland på banan och i Commonwealth Games 2006 i Melbourne på vägen.
