Dell Richard Matthews (27 februari 1880 – 10 december 1938) var en pitcher för negerligan under några år innan grundandet av den första negerligan .
Han spelade i minst två år för Frank Leland och spelade för laget när de gick över från Chicago Union Giants till Leland Giants .
