2000 CPSL League Cup var den 3:e upplagan av Canadian Professional Soccer Leagues ligacupturnering som pågick från juli till slutet av september . Toronto Olympians försvarade framgångsrikt sin ligacuptitel efter att ha besegrat St. Catharines Roma Wolves med 1-0 på Birchmount Stadium i Toronto, Ontario , och etablerade därmed ett turneringsrekord med flest raka titelvinster. Formatet som användes i tävlingen var det traditionella gruppspelet där vinnarna i varje grupp fick ett automatiskt bye till semifinalerna.
