Upp- och nedflyttning

Division ett

Rossendale United flyttades upp till Northern Premier League medan Formby degraderades till andradivisionen. Ellesmere Port & Neston lämnade ligan i slutet av säsongen.

Division två

Vauxhall Motors, Chadderton och Nantwich Town flyttades upp till division ett. Daisy Hill bytte namn till Westhoughton Town.
